Registered Building Inspector / Building Control Surveyor
RBI Class 2A - F preferred
You will work either remotely or from the local office (the choice is completely yours) covering Building Control projects across Battersea, Peckham, Herne Hill, East Dulwich, and Herne Hill.
You’ll need experience as a Building Control Surveyor in projects across all areas of residential Building Control, from site inspections to plan checks. The role is open to Registered Building Inspectors from Local Authority or an RBA.
Unlike many positions, this role comes without KPIs forced upon you or Business Development targets. Building safety is the focus, not fees.

Ideally you’re already registered to Class 2F, but if you want the opportunity to work on different projects and gain some Class 2 registration, you can be considered.
