We are looking for a Senior Educator (L3+) for our growing Nursery!You will be the Deputy Manager & Leader - supporting the management of our current Room Manager and fully leading the room on one day a week in their absence.An existing Room Leader would be a good candidate for this role, as would an experienced practitioner with leadership experience.You will be a strong, ambitious practitioner with existing leadership skills or the confidence, creativity and people-skills to make your next step into a middle-leadership role.Happy Learners Day Nursery is one of the most exciting nurseries in Hove - an inspiring, and dynamic Nursery that offers children and their parents an exceptional standard of childcare and education.
