Summary:
The role of the Clinical Services Administrator is to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Hollister Nursing Team. The role will include building effective relationships within the Clinical Team to support the delivery of a quality service to our patients.
Contract:
12 month fixed term contract, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Clinical Team to ensure patient records are updated
* Book and confirm appointments between patients and Company Nurses
* Contact patients by phone to book, confirm and remind of appointments
* Support the processing of new patient referrals
* Provide administrative support for Clinical Governance processes
* Arrange annual mandatory training for all clinical staff
* Assist with the onboarding of new starters
* Co-ordinate the out of hours Secure Start rota
* Provide administrative support to the Clinical Leadership Team
* Support with the delivery of strategic business projects as required
* Support with the Nursing Contracts – preparation/amendments
* Assist the Nurse Manager Team in any tender processes
* Assist with data analysis and monthly reporting
* Invoices – processing, raising of POs and dealing with financial queries
* Stationery – orders and supplies including desktop publishing requests
Work Experience Requirements:
* Proven administrative experience or experience in a similar role
* Proficient with MS Office packages and patient record systems
Education Requirements:
* Education to A-Level standard (or equivalent)
* Degree or evidence of equivalent academic achievement (desirable)

* Ability to prioritise and effectively complete workload, delivering to deadlines
* A concise and effective communicator
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to build strong relationships both internally with the Clinical Team and externally with patients
* Flexible to meet the requirements of the Clinical Team and patients

* The anticipated base salary range for this position is £24,000 - £30,000, depending on experience or other legitimate business factors
