Electrical Maintenance Engineer Central London
Shift: 4 On, 4 Off (Days Only) 7:00 AM : 7:00 PM
Salary: GBP44,000 + Unlimited Overtime + Benefits
Are you an experienced Electrician tired of night shifts and long commutes? We are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our flagship site in the heart of Central London.
This role offers a perfect balance of work:life stability with the 4:on:4:off day pattern, combined with the massive earning potential of unlimited overtime.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on electrical systems.

Troubleshoot and fix lighting (emergency, LED, control systems), power distribution, and switchgear.

Monitor and maintain BMS (Building Management Systems).
*
Assist with minor mechanical tasks and general building fabric repairs when required.
*
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition).
