What We're Looking For
* Experience: Background in childcare, TA work, or care (SEN experience is a major plus).
* Character: A calm, nurturing, and resilient individual who thrives in a specialist setting.
* Essentials: GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) and eligibility to work in the UK.
