The Job:
Coordinate daily operations including scheduling, travel arrangements, and procurement of equipment. Support and streamline the work of field-based teams, ensuring they are well-resourced and aligned. Manage UK office needs, including supplies, systems, and onboarding new hires. Maintain communication across departments, contributing to project planning and stakeholder updates. Track budgets and oversee minor accounting responsibilities. Continuously improve systems and procedures to support team efficiency. Support talent acquisition efforts in collaboration with global recruitment partners.

The Candidate:
- Proven experience in an administrative, operations or project management role
- Familiarity with field-based or sustainability related work environments is a plus
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in digital tools including Google Workspace, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and project management tools
- Ability to think proactively, identify problems and implement solutions
- Comfort working in a hybrid and cross functional environment
