Our client, a leader in the HTP industry, is currently seeking a Site Engineer to join their dynamic team. This permanent role provides a unique opportunity to work on some of the UK's most exciting projects, offering stability and career growth within an ambitious and successful environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish level and survey control for contracts and set out detailed works as per contract drawings
* Ensure records on health, safety, and environment are accurate and comply with organisational and legal requirements
* Deliver work safely, without environmental incidents, and to the specified quality standards
* Assist the Site Agent/Sub Agent in developing efficient work methods and techniques
* Coordinate site engineering control, setting out activities, and provide information to operatives and subcontractors
* Complete diary sheets along with any photographic evidence as required
* Conduct as-built surveys on completed works and produce 2D and 3D site sketches
* Mentor junior and graduate engineers as needed
Job Requirements:
* Experience in site engineering, including pavement and TP144 Site Engineering
* Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and site engineering processes
* Understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance
* Ability to produce accurate records and maintain quality standards
* Proficiency in developing and maintaining positive working relationships
* Competence in managing resources and conducting toolbox talks
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage information accurately
