As a Service Administrator, you will monitor and oversee customer vehicles, update records and the Live Platform in alignment with the engineer’s schedule and completed jobs. You will also support and answer queries made by customers and other members of staff on the Live platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Day to day support for major customers HFR compliance.
2. Supporting and updating internal systems and records in alignment with engineers’ schedules and completed jobs.
3. Communicate directly with customers to provide updates and maintain accurate records based on client interactions.
4. Respond to customer queries via telephone and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution or escalation to relevant team members.
5. Generate, analyse, and manipulate Excel reports for specific vehicle fleets using data from the in-house platform.
