* Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products

* Successfully implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity
* Compete in a fast-paced environment to meet production targets and quality standards
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a manufacturing or related role
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to excel in a fast-paced and achievement-focused setting
