What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
* Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Bringing calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms
* Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
* Helping ensure learning runs smoothly throughout the day
* Making a real difference in everyday classroom moments
Who We're Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is ideal but not essential)
* Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome
* Friendly, adaptable and confident personality
* Comfortable working in new and varied school environments
* A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed
