The role requires the successful candidate to be able to work onsite in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.

Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and support Resourcing Advisors and Assistants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Oversee a responsive, end‑to‑end recruitment service that ensures safe staffing and excellent candidate experience.
* Review and streamline recruitment processes, including ATS performance, SOPs and time‑to‑hire KPIs.
* Work closely with recruiting managers to understand workforce needs and provide expert advice and solutions.
* Provide professional guidance on immigration processes, certificates of sponsorship and compliance with Home Office requirements.
* Ensure DBS, employment checks and NHS Employment Standards are met through regular audits.
* Lead recruitment projects aligned to the Trust’s Recruitment & Retention Strategy.
* Support delivery of Trust‑wide recruitment and selection training
* You’ll also play a key role in payroll‑related processes for new starters, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and excellent communication.
* You’ll be a confident communicator, skilled at building relationships and navigating challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy.
