About The Role
The Cleaning Supervisor will work Monday – Friday from 15:30 to 18:00. Pay is £15 per hour. Location: Shustoke, Birmingham, B46 2RJ. Because the site is difficult to reach by public transport, you must have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle or reliable alternative transport.

What you’ll be doing
* Deliver the cleaning specification and meet client needs at the site.
* Inducted and trained within the first week; learn how to deliver cleaning specification and understand the role as a supervisor.
* Provide a high standard of customer care across shift hours.
* Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
* Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
* Empty all litter and recycle bins into appropriate containers.
* Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
* Maintain health and safety standards, preparing fully in advance.
* Work within a high‑performing team that goes the extra mile.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has a positive, friendly attitude, is local to the area, and has prior cleaning experience. You must be able to carry out the physical aspects of the role, speak basic English, and have good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
