The Role
You will work a 5-week rotation with 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday in every 5 (not on same weekend). The overall purpose of the role is to provide ‘World Class Customer Service and effectively achieve the following core responsibilities…
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries.
2. Advising customer accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures. Address customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a professional and empathetic approach.
3. Ensure the accurate and thorough documentation of customer information in the CRM.
4. Conducting remote troubleshooting by applying problem-solving skills and persuasive communication techniques.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and company policies to ensure accurate support and guidance.
6. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer service. Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
