I am working alongside a leading Demolition Contractor who is set to deliver a large project in Port Talbot.
They require a candidate with proven demolition management experience and knowledge.
The suitable candidate should have:
1. Good knowledge of asbestos regulations, asbestos surveys, and control measures.
2. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and general computer skills.
3. Ability to prioritize workload, write method statements, and risk assessments.
4. Understanding of HS&E requirements.
5. Good man-management and financial management skills.
6. Ability to liaise with clients at site level.
Site hours are from 7 am to 6 pm, with occasional Saturdays. This role may suit someone looking to work away.
