Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and group support for students with a range of special educational needsAssist in delivering Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)Support classroom teachers with behaviour management and student engagementFoster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environmentCollaborate with SEN professionals, including speech therapists and educational psychologistsTrack and report on student progress and development ?? Requirements: Essential: Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN settingOptional: Experience in a healthcare or care worker role - if you have worked with people with SEN then we want to hear from you Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive, adaptable, and compassionate approach ??
