Email Marketing Executive Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire (Hybrid) Are you a creative, data driven marketer with a passion for crafting impactful email campaigns? We’re looking for a hands on Email Marketing Executive to join a high-performing CRM team within a well-established, fast-growing business based in St Ives. You’ll play a key role in delivering engaging, compliant, and high-performing campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue. Responsibilities but not limited to: Create and deliver end to end email campaigns, writing copy, designing visuals, and building responsive, mobile-first emails. Use CRM tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar) to manage segmentation, dynamic content, testing, and deployment. Optimise performance by analysing open, click-through, and conversion rates, implementing structured testing to continuously improve results. Champion best practice ensuring all campaigns are on-brand, accessible, compliant (GDPR/CAP), and technically sound. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maintain consistent messaging and contribute to wider CRM development, including SMS, push and in-app activity. Report and recommend producing clear insights and actionable recommendations based on campaign data. We’re keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate: 2 years’ experience designing, writing, and building email campaigns. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for responsive design. Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar ESP). Strong copywriting skills and understanding of customer behaviour and conversion. Confidence with personalisation, segmentation, and dynamic content. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach. Understanding of GDPR, data protection, and email compliance. Familiarity with image editing tools such as Figma or Photoshop.
