Job Opportunity: Credit Controller
Robert Half is recruiting for a Credit Controller based in Milton Keynes.
The role offers Hybrid working and is initially for a 3-month period, with potential for extension or a permanent position within the company. The hourly rate depends on experience and ranges from £14 to £16 per hour.
This role involves communicating with B2B clients with overdue invoices to facilitate collections. You will manage a call list of clients and ensure all procedures are correctly followed during the collection process.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Chasing outstanding invoices from B2B customers
2. Providing professional service via Phone & Email
3. Anticipating customer needs and managing the collection process accordingly
4. Supporting customers through the collection process
5. Maintaining a thorough understanding of procedures to provide accurate and consistent information
6. Keeping accurate records in the system to uphold data integrity
7. Collaborating with the team to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
8. Using SAP to record customer details and keep records updated
Applicants should have previous experience in one or more of the following areas: Credit Control, Collections, B2B Credit Control.
