Senior Business Development Manager – Fire & Security Systems
A leading provider of fire and security solutions is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join its growing Manchester-based team. The company is dedicated to innovation, safety, and delivering reliable, cost-effective systems to its clients.
The Role:
* Drive new business and grow existing accounts across fire and security systems.
* Promote the full range of solutions, including fire alarms, AOV, and security systems.
* Build strong client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
* Prepare designs, quotations, and sales forecasts.
* Collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
* Conduct site surveys and work closely with regional teams.
What You’ll Need:
* Proven sales experience in fire and/or security systems.
* Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industry standards and regulations.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with a track record of achieving targets.
