Residential Regional Operations Manager Region: East Anglia Contract: Permanent, Full Time Salary: £61,000 £67,000 About the Role Our client is expanding and opening new residential homes, and they are seeking an experienced Residential Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple services. You will be responsible for ensuring each home maintains the organisations high standards of care, quality, and homelinesscreating safe, nurturing environments that support children toward brighter futures and successful transitions into adulthood. This role requires strong leadership, excellent people management skills, and the ability to delegate effectively across several registered homes. You will be part of a supportive network of Regional Managers and will receive consistent backing from senior leadership. Our client provides comprehensive back-office support, including Finance, Commercial, Maintenance, Premises, Training, HR, Recruitment, and IT. You will work closely with these teams, building strong internal relationships and continuously driving for OUTSTANDING Ofsted outcomes across your services. The Director of Residential Services is known for being approachable, supportive, and highly knowledgeablebringing first-hand frontline experience and a thorough understanding of the sector.
