QHSE Compliance Co-ordinator

Supporting the business to maintain consistently high standards of Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance.
Duties:
* Carry out Health & Safety risk assessments and compliance inspections
* Conduct audits across company sites in line with ISO standards
* Identify corrective and preventive actions
* Provide clear guidance on compliance obligations and statutory requirements.
* Support colleagues in understanding and implementing company standards
* Support the business to comply with additional manufacturing-specific standards
* Participate in incident investigations, including follow-up actions and reporting
* Assist in an improvement plan for H&S, Quality, and Environmental objectives
* Support and be heavily involved in the company-wide rollout of an electronic compliance-monitoring system
* Develop and maintain administrative procedures and procedures for document management across QHSE
Required experience:
1. 2 or more years in a QHSE-related support role
2. Proven understanding of basic H&S and Environmental law, and practical workplace risk assessments/audits
