A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Legal Secretary to join our client’s well-established law firm in Nottingham. The successful candidate will provide vital support to the Corporate team, assisting fee earners with a wide range of company and commercial matters. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, professional, and confident in liaising with clients and colleagues at all levels.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a Corporate or Company Commercial department
Strong typing and digital dictation skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to produce, amend, and format legal documents efficiently
Good organisational and diary management skills
Professional communication skills and a client-focused approach
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected law firm and play a key role in supporting a busy Corporate team.
Within this position, you’ll also be:
Preparing, formatting, and managing correspondence, documents, and reports
Handling dictation and document production for fee earners
Assisting with company secretarial administration, including Companies House filings
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and organising travel when required
Acting as a first point of contact for client enquiries in a professional manner
Providing general administrative support including filing, photocopying, and scanning
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £25,000 – £30,000, depending on experience
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
