As part of the dynamic People Team, the HR Assistant plays a key role in delivering high-quality HR support across the business. This position is focused on providing efficient administrative assistance, including maintaining accurate employee records, updating policies and procedures as directed, handling data entry, and supporting internal communications. With guidance from the HR Manager, the role also involves offering first-line advice on HR matters such as maternity, paternity, adoption, and return-to-work processes, always in line with company policies and employment legislation.
