Customer Coordinator – Permanent – Wirral - £28k
Forrest Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Coordinator who has experience working in a fast-paced, people focused environment.
You will be working as part of a small, friendly, enthusiastic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling customer enquiries by phone and email in a friendly and professional manner
* Taking bookings and managing provisional reservations
* Raising and managing customer invoices and responding to invoice requests
* Taking payments and following up outstanding balances
* Progressing customer enquiries and opportunities through a CRM system
* Providing administration support and maintaining accurate records
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, have a confident and professional telephone manner and be a team player.
