The Role

* Create, edit and optimise CNC machine programs
* Support production through program improvements and troubleshooting
* Liaise with production, tooling and engineering teams
* Ensure programs meet quality and health & safety requirements
* Support continuous improvement activities across the machine shop
About You
* Previous CNC programming experience
* CNC machining background
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Strong attention to detail
* Proactive and team-focused approach
* Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent preferred
