What is the role?
This is an opportunity with a market leading international insurance broker for an experienced Real Estate Lawyer seeking to build a career in the Title Insurance industry whilst still utilising their legal experience.
What will you be doing?
* Advise clients on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real estate assets
* Advise on, structure, and place Warranty and Indemnity and title insurance solutions.
* Support clients throughout the deal lifecycle, from structuring to negotiations and final placement.
* Collaborate with leading law firms and other deal advisors as well as financial investors, corporates, and global insurers.
* Take on a highly commercial role while continuing to develop your legal and negotiation skills.
What do you need to apply?
* 1-3+ years of Real Estate experience from a law firm or equivalent in-house role.
* Strong understanding of Real Estate transaction dynamics and contract negotiations.
* Ambitious, commercially minded, and a strong team player.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment without compromising on quality.
