Experience and Demonstrated Skills:Graduate in Electronic or Mechanical engineeringBTEC or similar in Engineering disciplineExperience working with mechanical assembly equipmentExperience in working with electrical products and basic understanding of electronics.Experience with soldering processes, particularly SMD reworkExperience conducting fault finding and repair of production equipment or scientific instrumentsExperience in product testing & failure analysisCompetent practical skills in running and maintaining diverse types of mechanical test equipmentPreferred experience with scientific instrumentationGood record-keeping skillsAbility to work unaided and self-motivatedFully computer literate
