Opportunity
An excellent opportunity for a Senior Technical Manager to join a leading residential partnerships contractor delivering large-scale housing developments across the South West.
This is a senior role with real influence, overseeing technical delivery across multiple residential schemes and working closely with operational, commercial and design teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
Role Overview
Managing technical delivery across residential development projects.
Coordinating external consultants including architects and engineers.
Managing planning, design and regulatory approvals.
Overseeing design programmes and technical timelines.
Supporting site teams throughout construction delivery.
Managing technical risks and resolving design issues.
Ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards.
Supporting handover and completion processes.
About You
Experience as a Technical Manager or Senior Technical Manager.
Background in residential development or partnerships housing.
Strong knowledge of construction detailing and design coordination.
Experience managing consultants and technical programmes.
Good understanding of planning, building regulations and approvals.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
