Specifically, this includes warranty checks, fault-finding, troubleshooting, repair and modification to washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges freezers and cookers etc. according to your qualifications/strengths. Ongoing training is provided and you will be cross-trained to an expert level in additional manufacturers and product types! All the tools of the trade including new company van (with AC) & fuel card, are provided. The role also requires scheduling, customer care, health and safety H&S compliance, and some paperwork/PDA. You will have To be successful as a White Goods Engineer, you will have appliance service/repair experience including white goods plus a healthy mix of the following: Manufacturer training/certification an advantage Multi-brand experience preferred e.g. Whirlpool/Samsung/Beko Good track record in maintenance/installation servicing or repairs F/Gas or Gas Safe registration an advantage.
