What is the role We are looking for someone to coordinate all the incoming correspondence for the Football & Education department, including emails, phone calls and post. You will be responsible for the administration for all programme activities which will include ensuring service level agreements and risk assessments are in place for all activities, upload session details onto relevant booking and monitoring systems and booking venues for delivery. You will also monitor and ensure programme income and expenditure is within agreed budgets, including overseeing the payroll process for casual delivery staff. What matters most is your recording and reporting skills, alongside experience in database management.
