Our client is an established Law Practice which has built a solid reputation for providing high-quality legal services in the Chichester area for almost 20 years. They are now looking to add to their current team by engaging an additional experienced Wills & Probate fee-earner (2+ years PQE) to join their dedicated team.
This role primarily involves:
* Probate and Estate Administration: Managing a variety of cases, from basic estates (below the inheritance tax threshold) to more complex taxable estates requiring IHT400 forms and relevant schedules.
* Wills and LPA's: Assisting clients with estate planning, drafting Wills, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and undertaking Court of Protection work.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have 2+ years of PQE working in a private client department, managing their own caseload
* Be a team player who is flexible, self-sufficient, and adept at managing a diverse client base, including older clients and high-net-worth individuals
* Possess strong IT skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
