Job Title: Marketing Executive
Salary: £29,700 - £38,550

About The Role
As part of the global marketing team, you will be at heart of the action. You will be fundamental in supporting the delivery of fully integrated marketing campaigns that align with marketing plans, stand out creatively and engage target audiences. Therefore, the role requires a highly motivated individual with the ability to work well within a team, as well as on their own initiative. You’ll collaborate daily with internal stakeholders based locally and globally alongside our agencies and partners. In addition to this, you’ll play a key role in supporting your team with logistical and project management tasks, to ensure everything runs smoothly and to help the team deliver the best results. You will be a strong communicator with good attention to detail, as you’ll be proofreading, editing and copywriting as part of your daily responsibilities. The role offers plenty of opportunity to be involved in varied and exciting projects. It’s an exciting time to join the marketing team at Cambridge.
This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40‑60% of their time collaborating and connecting face‑to‑face at their dedicated location. About You
You have a proactive, problem‑solving mindset. You bring strong writing skills and exceptional attention to detail, enabling you to create clear, compelling content and maintain accuracy across every aspect of your work. With solid marketing experience, you’re confident in briefing, developing, and delivering successful multi‑channel campaigns tailored to specific audiences and markets. Your ability to craft engaging copy and collaborate effectively with a wide range of people are key strengths you apply consistently. The ideal candidate for this position is a curious and creative thinker, who is entrepreneurial, independent, and effective at building relationships and collaborating with cross‑functional colleagues.
Essential skills, knowledge and qualifications
* Educated to degree level or possessing equivalent relevant experience
* English language level at a minimum of CEFR level C2 or above
* Exceptional copywriting skills
* Great attention to detail with the ability to proofread
* Experience in briefing and project‑managing marketing campaigns
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Excellent project management skills
