We’re looking for a confident and motivated Car Salesman to join our team. This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in cars, and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience.
What you’ll be doing
* Welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and helping them choose the right vehicle
* Arranging and carrying out test drives, explaining features, and answering questions honestly
* Managing the sales process from first enquiry through to handover and aftersales follow-up
* Working towards sales targets while keeping customer satisfaction a priority
What we’re looking for
* A friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills
* Sales experience is helpful but not essential — the right mindset matters most
* Motivation to hit targets and grow within the business
* A full clean UK driving licence and flexibility to work weekends
* Comfortable with being on camera
