£25,000-£26,500 basic salary We have a fantastic job opportunity available with one of our clients, for an Office Administrator working in the Stoke Prior area with an immediate start Hours Monday to Thursday 9am 5pm. Friday 4:30pm finish Main responsibilities: Answering incoming calls and assisting with enquires from new and existing clients General administration and office duties as required Invoicing and banking Scheduling work with technicians Completing report records Assisting with keeping stationary cupboard and office supplies replenished Marketing and updating of social media platforms Assisting with stock taking Fleet management Skills and experience required: Previous Office Administration is essential IT Literate Word, Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication skills Ability to work with own initiative Punctual and reliable Salary and benefits: On offer is a very competitive salary along with pension, paid holidays, early finish on a Friday, free parking and on-site kitchen.
