Role This is a unique opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join the modern Dundee office of a highly regarded and rapidly growing L500 firm. Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of residential property transactions, supporting experienced solicitors and delivering high-quality service to clients. In this role, you will assist with the full conveyancing process, including drafting legal documents, preparing letters and reports and liaising with clients, banks, estate agents and other solicitors to ensure matters progress efficiently. You will be involved in examining titles, preparing documentation for submission to the Land Register and helping to manage transactions from initial instruction through to settlement.
