What you'll be doing
* Turning audience insights into clear, testable creative hypotheses
* Shaping creative briefs and copywriting for paid social and cross-channel campaigns
* Analysing performance creative metrics and recommending next steps
* Presenting ideas and results to clients and internal teams
* Leading day-to-day comms on smaller accounts; supporting delivery on larger ones
* Documenting learnings and championing best practices across projects
What you'll have
* Working as a Creative Strategist, Paid Social Executive or in a similar role
* Hands-on experience using paid media platforms
* A flair for crafting persuasive ad copy and scripts
* Proficient in working with data and creating reports
* Confident in building and nurturing client relationships
* Ability to organise and prioritise tasks
