Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the Gateway Co-ordinator will be responsible for overseeing, triaging and prioritising operational and Forensic requests into the Technical Support Unit. As part of a small Service Delivery team, you will carry out a range of administrative tasks relating to the review and processing of a variety of requests ensuring they are proportionate and justified as well as providing advice and guidance to colleagues, COPFS and other external partners regarding TSU systems and services. You will manage all related production movement, carry out associated audits and in conjunction with specialised suppliers support the management associated software applications.
