The firm provides tailored audit, accounting, taxation and business advice across diverse sectors including academy schools, agriculture, landed estates, international, not for profit, property and development and professional services.
The main purpose of this role is to plan, organise and manage a portfolio of clients within the Corporate Services department. Providing a cost-effective, timely, quality service to the client, to enhance client experience and productivity for the Firm at the same time. In addition to client management, the role will contribute to overall practice development particularly in the area of audit, accounts preparation and outsourcing work for corporate clients.
Due to the nature of this role, you will need to have previously held a similar senior position at an accountancy firm for a sustained period of time. You’ll have in depth knowledge of audit and accounts preparation as well as a good understanding of corporate taxation. In terms of qualifications, you’ll need to be a fully ACA or ACCA qualified, if you are also FCA or FCCA qualified this would be very beneficial.
Apart from the technicalities, you’ll ultimately be a strong, confident individual with excellent communication and leadership skills with the natural ability to build rapport.
The salary is on at £55,000 to £65,000 (DOE). You’ll also get a number of other benefits, some of which include; life assurance, private medical insurance, a medical cash plan and a Comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme.
