Project Manager required to work on Airport Projects (Construction)
As a Project Manager, youll take full ownership of fit out projects from concept to completion, making a real impact on delivery and client satisfaction. Lead projects end:to:end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards Act as the key client interface, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout Develop and manage detailed project programmes using tools like Microsoft Project Oversee site activity, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Drive high standards in quality control and snagging, ensuring smooth handovers Champion health and safety, ensuring full compliance across all sites Partner with commercial teams to manage project financials, variations, and contract requirements Inspire and manage project teams, ensuring clarity, accountability, and high performance What youll need to succeed Proven experience as a Project Manager within fit out or construction Strong track record of delivering projects successfully from start to finish Excellent client:facing and stakeholder management skills Confident in managing multiple teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Highly organised with strong planning and problem:solving ability Experience using project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) Solid understanding of health and safety and construction contracts Flexibility to travel nationwide and occasionally work outside standard hours Ability to obtain security clearance where required What youll get in return Opportunity to work on high:profile, varied fit out projects across the UK A role with real ownership, autonomy, and influence over project success Exposure to a supportive, professional, and ambitious team environment Strong opportunities for career progression and personal development A fast:paced, engaging role where no two projects are the same
