As our Head of Product, you'll:
* Own and evolve the Medical Technology product portfolio, ensuring alignment with BHF's Medical and Technology strategies.
* Lead product strategy and execution across multiple disciplines and the product portfolio.
* Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders in the Medical Directorate to shape and deliver products that support BHF's mission and medical objectives.
* Be responsible for prioritisation, customer value delivery, communication, scheduling, resourcing, and financial oversight across the portfolio.
* Operate as a key member of the Technology Senior Leadership Team, contributing to strategic planning and cross-functional leadership under the guidance of the Director of Technology and Chief Technology Officer.

Working arrangements
Please note: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering family leave, with candidates expected to join as soon as possible. The role is blended, located between your home and our London office. Our colleagues on blended contracts spend at least one day per week in the office, with flexibility based on role activities.
First stage interviews will be held w/c 1st September via MS Teams. Second stage interviews will be held in person at our London office, including a presentation and stakeholder meetings.
You'll bring:
* Proven experience in bi-modal product and portfolio delivery within complex organizations.
* A commercial mindset and strategic thinking capabilities, with a track record of shaping and delivering product strategies.
* Strong leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders.
* Deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies in health and research.
* Proficiency in agile methodologies, product ownership, and translating user insights into actionable requirements.
