* Rural property experience not needed – full training given
* Hybrid working
* Finish at 5pm – and get time back in lieu if work beyond this!

What will you do?
\n
* Act for clients in a broad range of property work including buying, selling and mortgaging all manner of rural property
* This will include manor houses, farms and woodlands, holiday letting businesses and nature reserves
* You will also retain some residential conveyancing of higher value properties
* Deal with overage and promotion agreements, easements and sporting rights
\n
What will you need?

* To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
* This role can be offered from NQ+
* Trainee solicitors with a background from either residential property or commercial property are welcome to apply
