Overview

The work is varied and demanding with an emphasis on accuracy, adaptability and the ability to prioritise competing workloads. As an Administrator you will be involved in the end to end patient pathway providing administrative support to our clinicians. Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.

About the Role

Senior Administrator Opportunities - Join Our Teams based at Castle Hill Hospital, East Riding Community Hospital & Hull Royal Infirmary. You'll need to communicate effectively at all levels, work flexibly, and be able to organise and prioritise your workload. Our roles are varied and challenging and your day to day duties may include:

* Management of waiting lists & clinic utilisation

* Responsible for the supervision of the administrators within department
* Helping track our patients through their journey to ensure a great patient experience

Are you enthusiastic, organised, and passionate about making a difference in a healthcare setting? We are looking to recruit several Senior Administrators to join our friendly and supportive teams. While previous clerical or administration experience is desirable, we are first and foremost interested in individuals with a 'can do' attitude, a passion for working in healthcare, and a flexible approach to work. Note many of our Senior Administrator roles have an element of supervisory responsibility. If you are committed, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a team that values every member, we want to hear from you.
