We're hiring a Conference Director to own who's on stage.
This is the senior content and programme role at a fast-growing international conference business. You'll work directly with the founder, run the calls that land Group CIOs and Chief Risk Officers, and shape the programme that makes our events what they are.
What this actually is
You'll be the person who lands the most senior people in banking on our stages. Group CIOs. Chief Risk Officers. Heads of Digital. Managing Directors. You'll run the senior calls, shape the programme, and make sure the right people are in the room.
This is not delegate sales. It's not agenda admin. It's senior content acquisition and stakeholder leadership.
What you'll do
* Lead speaker acquisition end-to-end, from research through to confirmation
* Run senior-level calls with executives at the top of major banks
* Shape and refine the conference programme so every session lands
* Work with sponsorship and marketing on target accounts and audience strategy
* Make sure speakers feel looked after from first conversation to green room
* Travel to our events in London, Charlotte and beyond
What we need
Real experience running a conference programme or senior content function at a credible events, media or publishing business. The warmth and confidence to hold a 30-minute call with a Group CIO and have them come away impressed. Editorial judgement. You can look at an agenda and know what works, and rewrite a panel live on a call when a speaker has a different angle.
Personality. Curiosity about banking and where it's going.

What we don't need
Someone who wants to research and write agendas from scratch in spreadsheets. We use AI for the heavy lifting on content structure. We need a human who can think, talk, interpret, apply and close.
