We are looking to appoint someone with a passion for both young people and the world of careers.
The successful candidate will work alongside our highly experienced Careers Advisor to ensure that our students receive the best careers education, information, advice, and guidance (CEIAG).
A full programme of training will be provided to enable the appointee to support students in making informed career choices as they transition from education to the workplace.
Our investment in CEIAG has been recognized with the reaccreditation of the Investors in Careers - CEIAG Quality Award. The assessor highlighted that “students and parents articulate and appreciate the career learning opportunities experienced across Key Stages, and the support received for career planning.” Additionally, the report noted that “the clear understanding, commitment, and energy of senior leadership and the Link Governor ensure a strategic vision and resource allocation for the programme, including qualified Careers Advisers.”

This position is for 21 hours per week, during term time only. The salary range is H6 Point 14, with an actual salary of £14,066. Interviews will be held before the end of the term, with a start date in September.
