Care Assistant – Nights
Location: Richmond Villages Witney, Coral Springs Way, Witney, OX28 5DG
Salary: £13.70 per hour – Paid breaks
Contract: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Full & Part time hours available, 12 hour shifts 20:00 -08:00
Starter Bonus: £500 (one‑off, paid after 4 weeks of service, subject to tax and NI)
Responsibilities
* Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care. Recognise and meet the specific needs of residents.
* Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
* Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting changes.
* Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications / Requirements
Required: DBS check (cost borne by Bupa, £40). Experience caring for vulnerable patients is valued.
