Your typical day as an Installations Planner:
Our Customer Service Centre Installation Planners are central to our planning operations for our field-based Installation Technicians. No two days are the same! You’ll be the first point of contact for Innserve’s technicians, team managers, and customers. Your role involves planning and organising daily activities like maintenance or installation visits, ensuring customers are prepared for technician visits, and working to meet scheduled timelines. At Innserve, we are One Big Team, and We Keep Britain Pouring.
You’ll already have:
* Confident communication skills via phone, email, in person, and webchat, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders including field engineers and customers
* Experience in administration, CRM systems, MS Office (including Excel), customer service, or contact centres
* The flexibility to support colleagues and adapt to changing priorities to achieve team goals
* Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with a structured approach to planning and prioritisation
* A desire to be a strong team player committed to success and excellence
* Knowledge of licensed trade, brewery, beer dispense, or drinks dispense is useful but not essential
