The Role
We are looking for a strong Sous Chef who can:
* Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team
* Deliver consistently high standards across service
* Take control of service in the Head Chef's absence
* Help develop seasonal menus and daily specials
* Maintain GP targets and stock control discipline
* Uphold excellent food safety and hygiene standards
* Train and motivate junior chefs
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a busy, quality-led kitchen and wants to be part of building something long-term.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience at Sous Chef or strong CDP level ready to step up
* Confident running service
