As we embark on our next phase of expansion, we’re looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help drive revenue growth, build our sales team, and strengthen our commercial foundations.

The Role
The Sales Manager will be responsible for both driving new business and growing a high performing sales team across the UK - onboarding, training and managing new hires.
This is a hybrid player-coach role: you’ll have your own revenue target and will be instrumental in building a structured, successful sales function around you.

Key Responsibilities1. Revenue Generation
* Own and deliver an annual new business revenue target
* Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities across F&B, hospitality and retail
* Build and manage a personal pipeline with a balance of outbound and marketing-sourced leads
2. Team Building & Management
* Recruit, onboard, and train junior sales representatives as the team expands
* Set individual targets and KPIs, provide structured coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews
* Build a supportive but accountable team environment where junior reps are set up to succeed
3. Sales Process & CRM Ownership
* Help design and continuously improve the sales processes, playbooks, and CRM (HubSpot) practices
* Ensure strong pipeline hygiene, data accuracy, and reporting across the team
4. Collaboration & Growth
* Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to feed back insights and opportunities
* Contribute to strategic projects as the commercial function evolves (e.g. territory expansion, product launches)
About You
Background and Skillset:
* 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within fast-scaling businesses
* Experience onboarding, training, or managing junior sales reps (formally or informally) essential
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
* Hands-on experience working with CRMs (HubSpot or similar) and using data to drive sales decisions
* Strong pipeline management and sales process skills
* Comfortable balancing personal sales responsibilities with leadership responsibilities
* Bonus if you have experience in tech, SaaS or hospitality-adjacent industries
