Eleanor lives in her own home in Westoning with six other people. She doesn t use words to communicate, but she has a big personality and knows exactly how to show you what makes her happy. We re looking for caring, creative, and bubbly female Support Workers to join us on a relief (bank) basis, who will genuinely take the time to really get to know Eleanor. *Eleanor loves: A relaxed, happy atmosphere Singing (especially Elvis Presley!) Turning everyday mundane routines into heart-sing moments She also enjoys visiting MacIntyre's Learning Centre in Ampthill, seeing friends, getting out to the park and relaxing with her favourite TV shows. A manual driving licence is essential - not to rush around, but to help unlock opportunities and choice. About the Role Relief (bank) hours to suit your availability Pick and choose from a variety of shifts including weekdays, weekends, Bank Holidays and sleep-ins Supporting seven people to live a life that makes sense to them No experience in social care? You must be a driver with a manual licence, as you will be driving service vehicles. You must be comfortable supporting with medication, personal hygiene, and toileting. Training and Development At Macintyre we fully support your training and development.
