About the Role: Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Art and DT departments. Oversee the development and delivery of a high-quality curriculum. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of talented teachers. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning. Manage departmental budgets and resources. Foster a love of art, design, and technology in students. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the school. Participate in professional development opportunities. Ideal Candidate: Holds QTS or equivalent. Possesses significant experience in teaching Art and/or Design Technology. Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills. Has a passion for the arts and design technology. Is committed to student success and innovation in education. Has excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
