2 x Permanent full time class teachers required from 1st September 2026 (Main Scale):
The staff, children and governors are keen to appoint enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated practitioners to join our team. The post is from 1st September 2026. Applications are invited from excellent teachers with proven ability, vision and a creative mind. Year groups are not yet decided and candidates should be prepared to work across the primary phase.

The successful candidate will:
•Be an excellent and inspirational practitioner with a commitment to high standards and progress for all children;
•Be creative and innovative and able to enthuse and motivate all learners;
•Be a strong team member with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
•Have a creative approach to teaching and learning and a willingness to participate in the wider life of the school;
•Have a commitment to a themed approach to planning, learning and teaching;
•Be part of subject leadership;
•Demonstrate the capacity to make learning enjoyable and exciting;
•Have knowledge around key National Curriculum requirements for the primary setting;
•Have high expectations of children’s achievements and behaviour;
•Be able to support children with behavioural and attachment and trauma needs;
•Have a strong awareness that challenging behaviours are an indication of needs that require meeting;
•Have an awareness of the Teacher Standards and be honest about their strengths, but also the areas in which they need to work on to develop and grow as an excellent teacher;
•Be supportive and enthusiastic about working in a school that is committed to school improvement.
•Be interested in working in a primary school, with the understanding that you could be teaching in any year group throughout your career.
•Have an interest in leadership (which could include any area of the curriculum or leadership roles)
•Show an interest in working at Greasley Beauvale by visiting the school as part of the application process.
